DRSD40 is one of the indispensable equipment for laboratory sample preparation. The machine is capable of dividing large quantities of laboratory samples continuously and accurately. Typically, 6-10 samples can be processed in a batch.

The DRSD40 has an easy-to-use control panel. Four parts are included: the switch, the emergency stop, the buckets rotation speed knob, and the vibratory feeder chute knob. Adjustable industrial vibrator for uniform flow of sample material. Also adjusting the rotation variable speed of the sample barrels can ensure that the representative sample is divided accurately. The feed hopper can be easily replaced or removed for cleaning. The inspection window can monitor and observe the sample dividing process. DRSD40 doors feature safety locks. If the door is opened when the machine is running, it will stop immediately or cannot start.
