Qingdao Decent Group Downdraft Workstation DSW350 (Self-Contained Dust Collection Workbench)
Core Function: A workstation with integrated ventilation designed to capture, filter, and return dust, smoke, and fumes, primarily for use in mining sampling laboratories to protect the environment and staff safety.
Downdraft Workstation are workstations with built-in ventilation to capture and filter dust, smoke, and fumes and then return the filtered air to a shop floor which can eliminate costly exhaust and energy loss. Downdraft Workstation can be used in a number of applications, and are available in a variety of sizes.
Qingdao Decent Group developed a self-contained dust collection workstation Downdraft Workstation DSW350 mainly used in mining sampling laboratories. It is primarily designed to collect small dust particles in the work area.
The dust collector in this workbench can effectively remove dust from on and over the table. It therefore protects the laboratory environment and staff safety.
·The self-dust collection has a microwave pulse function. Microwave pulses can be used to vibrate and impact the dust collecting net in reverse when it is full of dust, and the dust will be vibrated into the dust collecting drawer.
·The self-contained workstation is inserted with a layer of stainless steel that is easily removable. It is not prone to wear or corrosion, and it is easy to clean and replace.
·It also features three drawers for storing some tools.
