As shown in the picture, this “behemoth” is our soon-to-be-completed modular sampling prepare containerized laboratory customized for customers.
From the inside out, the laboratory is manufactured according to the individual requirements of customers under our strict production standards, with quality assurance.
Different from the traditional sampling and preparation laboratory, the modular sampling prepare containerized laboratory we manufacture has the characteristics of transportable, plug-in and ready-to-use, under the condition that water, electricity and drainage are connected, it can be quickly, flexibility to be put into use near the mine. The cost is low, but the efficiency is not inferior to the traditional laboratory.
In this kind of sample preparation container laboratory, various crushers, shrinkers, grinders, dust collection tables, etc. can be placed, and the outside can also be connected to a laboratory dust removal system. Not only can it be customized, but we can also provide on-site debugging and training serve.
Now that it is in our factory in Qingdao, we will arrange engineers with more than ten years of industry experience to do the final processing on the container laboratory.
Qingdao Decent Group has three factories with a total area of up to 30,000 square meters. Among them, the workshop located in the beautiful coastal city of Qingdao is mainly responsible for the manufacture of Fire Assays equipment, Sampling & Sample Preparation equipment and Mobile Container Laboratories.
As you can see in the picture, there are several Fusion Furnaces and Cupellation Furnaces in the workshop of the factory. These are products independently developed and produced by Qingdao Decent Group and will be delivered to customers soon.
