Constructed with a heavy-duty all-steel frame, the LP & Natural Gas Fired Drying Oven boasts exceptional durability and is built to withstand the harsh operating conditions of mineral laboratories. The furnace body is insulated with a high-density layer, which effectively reduces heat loss, enhances energy efficiency, and maintains a safe external surface temperature at all times.
The natural gas fired drying oven is equipped with high-efficiency forced air convection, engineered to achieve optimal heat transfer and uniform temperature distribution throughout the chamber.
Gas-Powered Heating
An efficient, fully automatic proportional burner ignites natural gas to generate powerful heat output, ensuring rapid and consistent temperature buildup.
Forced Air Circulation
A high-performance circulating motor drives the fan to actively deliver hot air through the entire air duct system inside the drying oven and directly to the surface of materials.
Intelligent Control & Humidity Management
The drying oven can be optionally equipped with a dehumidification fan to control moisture exhaust and accelerate the drying process.
