DECENT high temperature muffle furnace is specially designed to meet high-temperature processing needs up to 1500°C. It uses silicon molybdenum heating elements with fast heating speed, ensuring efficient heating of lead buttons to form a precious metal bead (known as a prill). With an oversized transformer, it surpasses standard requirements, enhancing performance and efficiency.
For safe and effective observation of the cupellation process, this muffle furnace features a visual observation window on the lifting door, made of fire-resistant glass, protecting operators from high temperatures.
This muffle furnace is particularly suitable for laboratories or research centers that need to process materials at high temperatures. The overall performance is stable and the heating speed is fast and consistent.
·The furnace material is made of durable 2mm laser-cut plates in blue enamel, lined with high-quality refractory bricks and insulation layer.
·The heater uses premium silicon molybdenum elements, which are stable and have a long service life.
·The door is covered with aluminum silicate refractory cotton, and the furnace chamber is made of high-quality insulation refractory bricks.
·The independent furnace chamber and tile design facilitate easy replacement and maintenance.
·The observation window is installed to facilitate the monitoring of the cupellation process of the lead button.
