RSD Rotary Sample Divider Mechanism
Ground powder flows vertically into the RSD chamber, where a motor-driven rotating collection disk with multiple evenly spaced chutes rotates beneath the falling stream. At precise intervals, each chute passes under the stream, capturing a small, representative increment.
Representative Subsampling Principle
The RSD collects dozens to hundreds of increments per run, forming a composite subsample that accurately reflects the entire batch—fully compliant with ISO 139 and ISO 18283.
