Customer Background
The customer is a leading mineral laboratory located in Canada, specializing in the preparation and analysis of geological samples. Project Solution
To address the high demands for sample drying and preparation, the customer ordered two DDO-2-4-5000N double-door, four-trolley gas drying ovens in 2023.
These ovens significantly improved the lab’s sample drying efficiency with their high capacity and advanced performance.

- High Load Capacity: Each trolley can carry at least 400 kg, ensuring the equipment can handle heavy workloads.
- High Efficiency: Each oven can process up to 1,320 samples daily, greatly enhancing productivity.
- Rapid Drying: The gas heating system can complete the drying of all samples within 4 hours, significantly reducing processing time.
- Reliability: Since deployment in 2024, the equipment has operated reliably，capable of continuously processing large batches of samples.
- CSA Certification: The equipment has successfully passed rigorous testing and obtained CSA certification.
This project successfully addressed the lab’s efficiency bottlenecks by introducing high-capacity, high-efficiency drying equipment, supporting seamless operations.
