Qingdao Decent Group has recently completed a comprehensive upgrade project for a leading laboratory in China. From early docking communication, equipment manufacturing, on-site installation and commissioning to product training, Qingdao Decent Group provided full-process services for this project, and finally won high recognition from customers.
With the rapid development of global mineral resource development and precious metal testing industry, traditional fire assay laboratories face multiple challenges such as low testing efficiency, high labor intensity, and high safety and environmental protection requirements. Many laboratories are in urgent need of improving their testing capabilities through technology upgrades and equipment updates to meet the growing business needs.
Qingdao Decent Group has tailored a set of standard semi-automatic fire assay systems for customers with its deep accumulation in laboratory equipment research and development, production and service. The system integrates key equipment such as fusion furnace, cupellation furnace, crucible tumbler, electric crucible loader, multi-load and multi-pour systems. Its biggest advantage is that it realizes the batch processing capability of multiple samples, which is significantly different from the traditional single sample operation mode. Advanced equipment and tools work together to greatly improve sample processing efficiency and effectively reduce the labor intensity of operators.
