This device is specifically designed for accurately measuring the transportable moisture limit (TML) of solid bulk cargo, particularly suitable for ores, concentrates, and other mineral bulk materials. Utilizing efficient automation technology, it simulates the environmental conditions during actual transportation to thoroughly analyze the physical behavior of the cargo at different moisture levels, thereby determining its transport moisture limit.

The TML test is crucial for assessing the transportability of cargo. Our TML Penetration Tester utilizes vertical vibration technology to test granular materials up to a maximum particle size of 25mm. During the test, the sample is subjected to a constant force of vertical vibration inside a container, simulating dynamic conditions during transportation. The precise application of force, controlled by a program, ensures efficient and accurate results.
