DECENT laboratory sample pulverizer is also called laboratory ring mill or laboratory disc mill. It is one of the key equipment in the sample preparation process. Efficient and accurate experimental results depend on high-quality sample grinding. Our single-bowl and multi-bowl series ring and puck pulverizers are specially designed and manufactured for this purpose.
During the operation of the pulverizer, the motor drives the rotating shaft to rotate at high speed to generate exciting force. Due to the action of centrifugal force, the bowl and ring impact, squeeze and grind the sample to achieve the purpose of pulverization.
·The sturdy metal cabinet with soundproof foam lining provides a durable and friendly operation process for the operator.
·The equipment is driven by a V-belt with a standard, fixed (vibration-free) 1.5kW motor.
·It can accommodate one to four grinding bowls of varying capacities, with a maximum sample capacity of up to 1,600 grams.
·The external control box is equipped with start and stop buttons, motor overload protection, and electronic operating cycle timer.
·When the cabinet cover is opened during operation, the lid safety switch stops the grinding, ensuring absolute protection for the operator at all times.
