The DDC-JS Series Double Arm Welding Fume Extractor is tailored for efficient fume and dust extraction in dual-station welding and grinding processes. It is distinguished by its high purification capabilities and adaptability to various industrial settings. The system operates by creating a negative pressure via the fan, which draws in fumes and dust. The pollutants pass through a filtration system where they are trapped by the filter cartridges, and the clean air is recirculated into the workspace.

·Utilizes high-grade PTFE coated long-fiber polyester non-woven filter cartridges, capturing over 99.9% of dust particles larger than 0.3 microns.
·The filter cartridges are easily cleaned with pulse jet technology, ensuring a service life of up to 5,000 hours under normal conditions.
·The pulse spray system offers adjustable pulse intensity and frequency for optimal and efficient dust removal.
·The compact design includes casters and handles for easy relocation within the workspace.
