The DDC-JD Series Single Arm Welding Fume Extractor is an efficient and environmentally friendly fume management solution developed by Qingdao Decent Group. ·The single-arm design allows for suspension in any direction, adapting to different workstation layouts.
·Equipped with high-efficiency PTFE coated long-fiber polyester non-woven filter cartridges, capable of capturing dust particles above 0.3 microns with a purification efficiency of 99.9%.
·The filter cartridges are designed for easy pulse jet cleaning, offering a long service life of up to 3,000 hours in general working conditions.
·The pulse spray dust removal system produces a pulse action when the pulse valve is opened, with adjustable pulse intensity and frequency for effective cleaning.
·The device has a small footprint and is equipped with casters and handles for easy mobility.
