The cooperating Qinghai mining area is an important precious metal mining base in the local area. To realize the localization, high efficiency and low cost of precious metal testing, the mining area decided to build an exclusive fire assay laboratory to achieve real-time acquisition of testing data and empower the entire production process.

The low-temperature environment not only affects the connection stability and installation accuracy of electrical circuits of precision high-temperature equipment such as fusion furnaces and cupellation furnaces, but also puts forward extremely high requirements for the low-temperature start-up, precise temperature control and long-term stable operation of the equipment. At the same time, plateau hypoxia and extreme low temperature greatly reduce the efficiency of on-site construction and pose a great challenge to the operation endurance of the construction team.

2.Zero-based operation team leads to a complete lack of laboratory operation capacity

The mining area had no professional fire assay testing team before, and all on-site operators were exposed to fire assay processes and related equipment for the first time, lacking basic experience in equipment operation, daily maintenance and troubleshooting. The fire assay experiment has extremely high requirements for operational standardization, and any minor operational error may affect the testing accuracy and even trigger potential safety hazards in high-temperature operation and chemical use.
