Innovative solutions to vibration problems in industrial neutral jaw crushers

This mobile sample preparation container laboratory project is specially customized for Bureau Veritas Group in China Commodities Department. According to customer requirements, the container laboratory needs to integrate mineral laboratory equipment such as oven, jaw crusher, grinder, standard vibrating screen machine, operation table, and dust collection system. The biggest difficulty is the problem that the vibration of a jaw crusher weighing 2.5 tons drives the whole container to shake. It is the first attempt at home and abroad to integrate such a large jaw crusher into a container laboratory.
Through research and testing, DECENT's engineers innovatively break through this problem. They designed a special steel frame and shock absorption mechanism for the structure of the 2.5-ton jaw crusher. It is ensured that the container laboratory will not be affected by its vibration during the operation of the jaw crusher. As you can see from our video, this problem is solved perfectly.
This container lab contains the following:
1 large oven with 2 trolleys, designed and manufactured by Qingdao Decent Group according to customer requirements.
2 sets of jaw crushers. One samll laboratory jaw crusher and one industrial medium jaw crusher.
1 sample preparation workbench, designed and manufactured by Qingdao Decent Group according to customer requirements.
1 sample pulverising mill, designed and manufactured by Qingdao Decent Group according to customer's requirements.
1 standard sieve shaker, designed and manufactured by Qingdao Decent Group according to customer's requirements.
1 electonic banlance station designed and manufactured by Qingdao Decent Group according to customer's requirements.
1 set of laboratory dust collection system, designed and manufactured by Qingdao Decent Group according to customer's sample preparation requirements.
1 set of air compressor designed and installed according to customer requirements.
1 set of windows designed and installed according to customer requirements.
3 sets of doors designed and installed according to customer requirements.
1 set of electronic camera monitoring system designed and installed according to customer requirements.
3 sets of fire extinguishers designed and installed according to customer requirements.
1 set of lighting system designed and installed according to customer requirements.
2 sets of air conditioners designed and installed according to customer requirements.
It can be said that the container laboratory has constructed the whole process of sample preparation, and can ensure that every step of the process can be completed accurately.
